Rental Options and Rates

Superbia Retirement Village offers a variety of apartment floor plans. Available are studio apartments, one-bedroom suites, one-bedroom cottages, and duplexes.

Our apartments and suites are located in Henderson Hall and Newman Hall. These complexes offer comfortable living with both efficiencies and one-bedroom suites available. Kitchens are available in all units. Apartment residents can enjoy companionship and games in any of the ten garden rooms which offer panoramic views.

The studio and one-bedroom cottages are in a beautiful tree setting with private patios and separate entrances. Near each separate entrance a small garden area provides residents the chance to showcase their landscaping and gardening talents.

The duplex units afford privacy in a beautiful setting with private patios, garden and separate entrances.

Rates
Our rental rates are very affordable beginning at $289 for a small efficiency or a one-bedroom suite at $563 in Henderson or Newman Hall. This includes all bills paid except telephone or cable.

Our cottage efficiencies begin at $303 and a one-bedroom is $354. Duplexes are $363. Water, garbage and sewer is paid by the complex; the resident is responsible for gas and electric.

There is no buy-in or application fees. Security deposits are required upon move-in, and are equal to the first month's rent.

Rental assistance is available on efficiency apartments.
